What happens to the information that you share with us?
Your information is stored securely (password protected) and will only be used to contact you regarding your specific booking. If you have given permission, we may send you news letters or promotions throughout the year. You can opt out of these at any time by emailing enquiries@raincliffehotel.co.uk . Or calling Vicky 01723 373541. Or writing to us at the address above. We will never share or sell your information with anyone else (other than information requested by the police).
What information do we collect?
- Name, Address, Telephone number, email, financial details for invoicing or payment, comments, requests or questions related to your stay, medical information that we as your hosts need to know about to ensure your safety and comfort.
- Device Information: We collect Personal Information from your device. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID) and other information which relates to your activity through the Site
How do we use the data?
Provide a more personal service, internal quality control, processing payments, promotional communication. We will keep your data with your permission for as long as we can provide a service for you.
How do we keep your data safe?
Passwords, encryptions, limited numbers of staff accessing the data, shredding of paper copies of bookings, information is locked away.
Can you access the data that we keep?
Yes, but we will ask for identification from you beforehand.
